New Services at ACFCU
ITM’s
Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) are enhanced versions of traditional ATMs that allow you to communicate with ACFCU tellers during regular business hours. Currently, ACFCU has a total of 12 operational ITMs. There are 9 located at our headquarters, 5 at our drive-up locations, and 4 in our lobby. Additionally, our Pampa branch has 3 ITMs. These machines are fully operational and ready to assist you with your banking needs.
Video Banking
You will be able to see an ACFCU staff member through your smart device and interact with them digitally in a face-to-face manner. This allows you to receive the same excellent service as if we were sitting right there with you. You will engage with familiar ACFCU staff members at your convenience during our normal business hours. This service is fully operational and ready to assist you during those hours.
More Online Service
We will be increasing our footprint online and will be bringing you services through acfcu.org, that can be accessed 24/7. This enhancement will include loan decisions, account options and more.
